Location: 122 N Water St Edgartown  Employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 13 feet to the ground while working on a residential framing job and the scaffold present on the job site presented multiple deficiencies and was not inspected by a competent person where the:  Instances  a) Pump jack poles were out of plumb  b) Multiple systems were interchanged  c) Framing material was used as planks d) Guardrails were not utilized e) Tube frames were damaged  f) Mud plates were not present under pump jack poles g) Pump Jack poles were not secured at the bottom h) Safe access was not provided
