29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a.  Baylee Preserve Subdivision, 416 Baylee Ridge, Dacula, GA - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard.  Employees were not utilizing head protection while installing floor joist using hand portable tools, overhead of the lower level employees/framers of the newly residential home.  The employees' were working beneath the installed floor joist, on or about 05/09/19.

Employees were performing framing activities on the newly constructed residential home,  with pneumatic nail guns without wearing impact resistant eye protection, on or about 02/09/19

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  Baylee Preserve Subdivision, 416 Baylee Ridge, Dacula, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while performing framing activities, working and walking approximately 9 feet above ground level on the elevated 3.5'X 10' top plate, while installing floor joist to the newly constructed two-story residential home, on or about 05/09/19.
