29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Premier Contractors LLC at 13277 Vaughn Wy. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 6/8/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof and the trusses of a two story single family home were working without wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet and 18 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:     (a) Premier Contractors LLC at 13277 Vaughn Wy. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 6/8/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof and the trusses of a two story single family home used a step ladder to access the roof trusses and then the roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
