29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:   On or about 6/19/2019, at Ocean's Edge Resort & Marina, 5950 Peninsular Ave, Key West, FL 33040. Buildings 1 and 2, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 36 feet to ground level while performing roofing work without fall protection.

Buildings 1 and 2, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while operating a crane without being monitored by a crane operator 's trainer.
