29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a.)     On or about June 24, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from amputation hazards while operating the #8 Ampolectric pneumatic wire harness press. On June 24, 2019 an employee sustained a partial finger amputation while manually pushing wire harnesses through the press that was not guarded, after unexpectedly activating the foot pedal.
