29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation.    On or about July 8, 2019, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing materials.  Employees were not wearing eye protection. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about July 8, 2019, employees were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in residential roofing operations up to approximately 22 feet above grade.  Fall protection was not being utilized.     No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
