29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    Location: 2nd floor deck, under the suspended modular house section     On or about July 11th, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by hazards from above while working under a modular section they were setting on a residential structure and around the perimeter of the structure while work was being conducted above where head protection was not utilized
