29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 07/25/2019 - 725 E. Main Street, Centre, AL, employees installing plywood and moisture barrier at approximately 16 feet above the ground were unprotected from falls. H & H Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1305227, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/31/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9030 Moffett Rd, Semmes, AL 36575.
