29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: The employees were exposed to high pressure compressed air hazards. The employees in the warehouse garage were using an air chuck to clean equipment with compressed air. The gauge indicating line-pressure showed approximately 140 p.s.i. The air chuck was not equipped with any pressure relief systems.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(1)(ii): Compressed gas cylinders were not legibly marked, for the purpose of identifying the gas content, with either the chemical or the trade name of the gas: The employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. The employees working in and around the warehouse garage were exposed to severe burn injuries from fire and explosion. One compressed gas cylinder reported to be propane was discovered in the warehouse garage on the welding cart and was not labeled at the time of inspection.

The employees working in the warehouse garage were exposed to live conductors in an outlet box. 110 volt outlets were not covered by a protective faceplate.
