29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   (a)  At the new warehouse construction located at 8955 Palm River Road, Tampa, FL, an employee was installing PBR panels without the use of fall protection. Employee was exposed to a 25 foot fall, observed on or about July 27, 2019.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  a) On or about July 27, 2019 at 8955 Palm River Road, Tampa, FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized.  The employer was aware of the  in-patient hospitalization on July 27, 2019 at 9:00 A.M.  The employer notified OSHA on July 29, 2019 at 9:40 A.M.
