29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a.   At a new residence in construction located at Lot #100 Lake Nona Blvd, Orlando, FL: On or about January 13, 2021,  employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to ground level when installing roof wood paneling or decking and not using fall protection.  Juarez Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1419644, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8955 Palm River Road, Tampa, FL
