29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(iii): (iii) Mobile ladder stands and platforms are capable of supporting at least four times their maximum intended load;    JBER, Outdoor Recreation Building 7301: on or about 26 July 2019; a mobile ladder platform used to access seasonal outdoor gear did not have maximum load ratings posted on it to indicate load capabilities. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with falls from height.

29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  JBER, Outdoor Recreation Building 7301: on or about 26 July 2019, employees accessed outdoor recreational gear stored above office spaces without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 6 inches.
