A) Buskin River Road, Administrative Building, southern facing emergency exit adjacent to Bill's office: a coat rack and storage container were placed in the doorway blocking the path of travel.   B) Buskin River Road, Maintenance Shop: a portable step ladder was placed in the doorway leading from the maintenance shop through the boat shop to an emergency exit blocking the path of travel.   These conditions exposed employees to delays in exiting the building and hazards associated with smoke inhalation and burns from fire.
