29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to employees. Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and were not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances:  a)  On or about August 12, 2019, at the job-site, no hand washing facilities were available in the work area and no soap was available for employees performing demolition, remediation, clean-up and disposal of construction building materials and asbestos containing materials.

29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(5): Within five working days after the receipt of exposure monitoring results, each employee was not notified in writing or by posting the results in an appropriate location that is accessible to employees:  a)  On or about August 12, 2019, at the job-site, for employees involved in remediation of asbestos containing materials including clean-up and disposal, the employer did not notify each affected employee in writing of the monitoring results representing the employee's exposure, either individually or by posting at a centrally located place that was accessible to affected employees.
