29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. Club House, Building 1 and 3 - On or about August 23, 2019, employees installing plywood decking at heights greater than 6 feet were not provided a means of fall protection, exposing to fall hazards.
