OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and caught between hazards while performing auto service:    (a) Lucas Chevrolet Service Bays: Annual inspections of automotive lifts  including but not limited to 9 Rotary brand two-post lift (Model SPOA9-202) and 5 Launch Tech brand two post lift (model, TLT210-XT) had not been conducted, on or about 8/29/19.        NOTE:  IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
