29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a) 310 Chestnut Street, Reading PA - Employees performing roofing operations on a steep residential roof were not protected from fall hazards up to approximately 28 feet high to the ground below, on or about August 30, 2019.    b) 310 Chestnut Street, Reading PA - Employees were not provided fall protection while accessing a steep roof from a lower level flat roof and were exposed to an approximate 20 foot high fall hazard to the ground below, on or about August 30, 2019.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
