1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.       On or before September 06, 2019, the employer did not ensure that various equipment or machinery used at the site was effectively guarded.  The unguarded equipment includes; but is not limited to, the following:     a. The one (1) single pallet wrapping machine located in the front docking area of the facility was unguarded, and did not prevent operators from having any part of their bodies in the danger zone during operation. Employees tasked with operating the machinery are exposed to potential rotating and/or caught by hazards.
