29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments:     On or about September 10, 2019 an electrical technician was performing preventative maintenance tasks, such as thermal imaging on  600 volt switch gear, that contained energized electrical components.  The employee was trained in, but not familiar with safety-related work practices including the purpose and necessity of wearing electrical personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to, leather protectors, ear canal inserts and a face shield when working near energized components at or above 50 volts.  The employee was exposed to the hazards of shock, electrocution and arc flash/blast injuries.         Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
