The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) At 9167 South Hickory, Bldg. 200 Magnolia Landing, Foley, Alabama: On or about September 19, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing activities from an elevated aerial lift basket without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 35 feet to the ground below.
