29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section.  On 9/23/19, at the job site located 1002 Carroll Street, Perry, Georgia employees worked from ladder jack scaffolds at heights of approximately 17 ft. without the use of fall protection systems.

On 9/24/19, at the job site located at 1002 Carroll St., Perry, Georgia, employees walked/worked on roof levels without fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards over 19 ft. to lower levels.
