Paint building - On or about September 25, 2019, an employee sprayed a crane truck with 5star Xtreme Original Klearkote 5185 and 5star Xtreme Original Hardener 5187 within a close vicinity of electric switches, outlets, conduit, lights, and circuit breaker panels which were not approved for use in Class I, Division 1 hazardous locations.  Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
