29 CFR 1915.87(e):   Where the potential existed for an employee to be splashed with a substance that may result in an acute or serious injury, the employer did not provide facilities for quick-drenching or flushing the eyes and body:  A) Drydock - On or about October 9, 2019, painters were not provided with suitable facilities for emergency eyewash or shower.  Paints including, but not limited to: PPG Amercoat 235 Cure, Amercoat 235 Oxide Red Resin, and ABC 3 Red had serious chemical hazards such as skin corrosion and serious eye damage.
