Employees were required to wear Dura Mask 1890D Nuisance Dust Masks during removal and disposal of asbestos containing roofing material.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. On or about October 11, 2019, the seal between the tight-fitting respirator facepiece and an employee's face was compromised by facial hair.
