NOTE: The assessment shall be written, titled, dated and certified by signature. The required documented training shall include the following: 1) When PPE is necessary; 2) What PPE is necessary; 3) Limitations of the PPE; 4) How to properly wear and use the PPE, and 5) Inspection and care of the PPE

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: On or about May 9, 2017, the employer had not compiled and made available to the workers a written hazard communication program for such hazardous materials/chemicals as, but not limited to the dishwashing detergents, degreasing solutions, and other chemicals in use on site.
