29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.   On the south side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities used pneumatic nail guns and were not provided eye and face protection.  The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).     On the south side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing work without fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards approximately 10 feet to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided.     On the south side of the construction site, the employer did not provide an extension ladder where employees could access and egress the building upper landings.  The employees were exposed to potential fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous.     On the south side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities utilized an DeWalt air compressor with the power cord missing the ground pin exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
