29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about 10/30/2019 at 12134 SR 54, Odessa, FL, one employees working on a JLG Lift Herc Rental aerial lift was exposed to 22 ft. fall hazard, in that, a fall protection system was not used while installing plywood panels on the front wall of a commercial building.        b) On or about 10/30/2019 at 12134 SR 54, Odessa, FL, two employees working on a JLG Lift Herc Rental aerial lift were exposed to a 15 ft. fall hazard, in that, a fall protection system was not used while installing plywood panels on the rear wall of a commercial building.
