29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: a) On or about 10/30/19, at the Taco Bell under construction, located on 1436 West Ridge Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce good housekeeping practices to keep working areas and passageways clear of wood scraps with protruding nails. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
