29 CFR  1926.404(b)(1)(i):Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  (a) Front/north side of building, exterior:   On or prior 9/14/22, workers installing thin brick were using a 120v extension cord without GFCI protection to power a mixing drill.  (b) Interior of building, back room:  On or prior to 9/14/22, workers installing drywall were using a 120v extension cord without GFCI protection to power a mixing drill.  (c)  Interior of building, kitchen and basement area:   On or prior to 9/14/22, workers performing moisture mitigation installed multiple 120v extension cord(s) without GFCI protection to power dehumidifiers and drying fans.  (d) Exterior of building, west side:   On or prior to 9/14/22, workers installing siding and trim were using a 120v extension cord without GFCI protection to power a DeWalt miter saw.
