(c)  Interior of building, kitchen and basement area:   On or prior to 9/14/22, workers performing moisture mitigation installed multiple 120v extension cord(s) without GFCI protection to power dehumidifiers and drying fans.  (d) Exterior of building, west side:   On or prior to 9/14/22, workers installing siding and trim were using a 120v extension cord without GFCI protection to power a DeWalt miter saw.
