29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area:                                                                                                                On or about November 01, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 4100 Lakeside Pkwy #160, Flower Mound, Texas; the employer did not ensure that safety data sheet were readily accessible to employees in the salon with chemical specific information on hazardous chemicals being used daily in the salon exposing employees to formaldehyde hazards.
