29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about 11/01/2019 employees at the Evergreen Crossing framing project were exposed to eye punctures.  Employees were operating pneumatic nailers without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  On or about 11/01/2019 employees at the Evergreen Crossing framing project were exposed to approximately 9' falls.  Employees were engaged in framing activities near an unprotected stairwell opening.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 11/01/2019 employees at the Evergreen Crossing framing project were exposed to approximately 10' falls.  Employees were engaged in carpentry activities without fall protection.
