29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On November 13, 2019, located throughout a commercial roof, employees was performing roofing work while standing on a steep pitch roof as there were no frequent and regular inspections being performed by a competent person to ensure the job-site, materials and equipment such as fall protection systems and/or devices were being maintained and utilized in a safe condition. Potential fall height measured to be 11-8". Roof pitch measured to be 6 in 12.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On November 13, 2019, located throughout a commercial roof, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing work while not utilizing any fall protection system.  Potential fall height was measured to be 11'-8" with a roof pitch of 6/12.    The Robles Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203425, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4674 Greenwood Ct., Cincinnati, OH 45248.
