29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On or about 11/15/2019, roofers working for Jose Aguilar were reroofing a residential structure located at 12 Rustic Creek Court, St. Peters, MO.  The crew was not wearing eye protection while working with hammers, nails, and pneumatic nail guns.  There were no safety glasses available at the site during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 11/15/2019, roofers working for Jose Aguilar were reroofing a residential structure located at 12 Rustic Creek Court, St. Peters, MO.  Mr. Jose Aguilar was the contractor in-charge of the roofing crew.  He was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employees were observed on the 4:12 pitched roof of the structure without fall protection, exposing them to an approximate 9 foot, 4 inch fall hazard to the ground below.
