29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) New residential construction on Lot 218 Godfrey Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Roof: On or about 10/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11-feet, 7-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(4): Hoisting ropes shall be installed in accordance with the wire rope manufacturers' recommendations.  a) New residential construction located on Lot 218 Godfrey Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, Front side: On or about 10/21/2024, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not follow the manufacturer's specifications of the TranzSporter Platform Hoist as the wire cable it was manufactured with was replaced using a rope.
