29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:   A.)  Penn Separator Corporation - On or about 11/21/19, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of  electrical panel box #8 was used for storage.  Items stored there included, but were not limited to, metal silencers.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:  Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Penn Separator Corporation - The company had not been keeping OSHA 300 Injury and Illness logs, 301's, or 300A.
