29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: upper roof On or about: 11/26/19 a) Employees were working on the upper roof, while engaged in brickwork. The employees, who were not provided with fall protection, were exposed to a fall of 21'. Location: lower roof On or about: 11/26/19 b) Employees were working on the lower roof, while engaged in brickwork. The employees, who were not provided with fall protection, were exposed to a fall of 9'4". NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Location: entire site On or about: 11/26/19 a) Employees, exposed to a fall hazard while engaged in roofing and brickwork, were not provided with fall protection training. NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
