29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c):  a) At 1323 Kingston Oaks Dr., Prattville, Al. 36068; on or about December 3, 2019 and times prior: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from cave-ins while conducting activities such as setting the laser target near the bottom of a seven foot trench, strapping pipe to move, and setting the bell as new eight inch pipe was being attached to an existing sewer line to feed a new housing area.  b) At 1323 Kingston Oaks Dr., Prattville, Al. 36068; on or about December 2, 2019 and times prior: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from cave-ins while digging sand out, setting the strap around the pipe, and digging out the bell end which was connected to the manhole which exposed the employees to cave-in hazards
