29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    (a)  On or about December 5, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from live electrical equipment while working in the Wash Bay of the North Building.  In the southeast corner of the Wash Bay, there was a live electrical box missing a cover, exposing employees to a 120 volt electrical shock hazard.
