29 CFR 1910.120(j)(1)(vi): Prior to movement of drums or containers, all employees exposed during the transfer operation were not warned of the potential hazards associated with the contents of the drums or containers:  (a)  Inside the facility, on or about November 14, 2019, the employer did not ensure that adequate labeling was present on drums prior to movement, to warn employees of the potential hazards associated with the contents, thereby exposing employees to chemical hazards.
