29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): The employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI) or an assured grounding program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites from electric shock hazard when using electric tools and equipment:    a)  Ground fault circuit interrupters (GFI) were not working in construction site temp wiring outlets on the 7fl and 8fl (east building); employees were exposed to electric shock hazard 110v.    Location: 614 W 131 Street, NY NY;     On or about 1-8-2020    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
