29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. On January 14, 2020, an employee was exposed to a crushing hazard when he was not trained on the proper method to temporarily crib, block and support a mobile home before working under it in preparation for moving it to a new location.
