29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.  When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided:  a) Throughout the kitchen, the employer did not keep the floor in a dry condition, exposing employees to slip hazards.  Dulce Holdings, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426339, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8611 Westheimer Rd, Houston, Texas.
