29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.    a) On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in that a metal can with non-hexane brake cleaner, a gallon jug of windshield washer fluid and a spray bottle of exterior cleaner, located in the service area, were inadequately labeled.    b) On or about January 17, 2020, and at times prior, the employer, did not ensure employees in the detail department were protected from chemical hazards. Numerous secondary containers including, but not limited to high gloss dressing, body prep solvent, adhesive remover, xtra duty aerosol interior cleaner, special protect all and Colorado Wash N Wax, did not have product identifiers on them to alert of hazards associated with each chemical.       Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
