A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) In the Spray Finishing Area, on or about January 21, 2020 - A Pittsburgh Spray Equipment Co. spray booth used when spray finishing refractory bricks with Catania Canola Oil did not have a clear space of at least 3 feet on all sides. A 275 gallon bin of Catania Canola Oil and a table with two pressure pots were stored adjacent to the Pittsburgh Spray Equipment Co. spray booth preventing material soaked with oil from being cleaned.

Employees spray finish refractory brick in the Pittsburgh Spray Equipment Co. spray booth with Catania Canola Oil.
