29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace, including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:  a) Premier Door & Millworks, LLC manufacturing facility: On or about January 30, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to chemical hazards including, but not limited to, Acetate, Crystalline Silica, and Ethlybenzene (Cemcolor Mon Azo Red) while spraying finishing doors. The employer failed to identify chemical hazards to which the employees may be exposed.
