29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  JOB SITE: 818 Paquerette Court, Manchester, MO 63021, on or about 2/3/2020, workers were observed on the roof, actively installing new roofing material, operating pneumatic nail guns, without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures:   JOB SITE: 818 Paquerette Court, Manchester, MO 63021, on or about 2/3/2020, workers were observed on the top of a 6:12 pitch roof, approximately 10' 7" eave to ground level, actively installing new roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
