No other means to dry hands were provided.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons:  Yard adjacent to Mechanic Shop:  An oxygen gas cylinder that was subject to being knocked over was not secured.  The Robert Bates, Inc. DBA Bob's Tire Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189275, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Brook Street, New Bedford, MA 02746.
