29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 2/24/2020 employees at the Farmington Storage framing project were exposed to approximately 11'6" falls while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  On or about 2/24/2020 employees at the Farmington Storage framing project were exposed to approximately 11'6" falls through an unprotected stairwell opening while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  On or about 02/24/2020 employees at the Farmington Storage framing project were exposed to approximately 11'6" falls.  Employees stairway was not provided a handrail.
