29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used as temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards.  Employees engaged in plumbing activities were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards in that the temporary lighting used to supply illumination to the second floor hallway was not equipped with adequate protection from accidental contact or breakage.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Employees engaged in construction activities using the east side stairway were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from the walking/working surface of the stairway to the ground below.  Employees were exposed in that a handrail was not provided.
