29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition.    Chip Thickness Screening Building (Chip Reclaim Area)- On February 29, 2020, regular inspections of the walking working surfaces including the equipment accesses and fall protection systems of the accesses were not completed to ensure the areas were maintained in a safe condition exposing employees to falls.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
